Matt Eshelman, CSCS, USAW
Matt graduated from the University of South Florida in 2010 with his B.S. in Exercise Science and has been working in the Strength and Conditioning field for the past 14 years.
In his professional career, Matt has worked with individuals of all ages and abilities ranging from professional athletes to weekend warriors to post-surgery rehab clients and has been a part of coaching staffs that have won numerous district, regional, state, and national championships in various sports. Matt has worked with football, baseball, basketball, rowing, golf, tennis, lacrosse, weightlifting, and volleyball athletes and takes pride in helping athletes gain the fitness and confidence they need to perform at a high level in their respected sport.
